The Casteline Cooking System boasts a 5 Ply Stainless Steel construction with 3 Ply sides (to save weight) combined with a 5th ply in a defuser base that features a thick aluminum encapsulated pad thermally bonded to the base of the cookware, offering exceptional heat control and ensuring contact to the heat source with no warping even under higher heat conditions. The outside of the vessel is polished stainless steel with a satin interior, and the defuser base is made of 18/10 stainless steel to work on any cooking source including gas, halogen, ceramic and induction.

It does not include handles; detachable handles are sold separately and can be used with every piece in the collection.
